Happy 3rd Birthday, Audrey!

As hard as it is for me to believe, Audrey turned 3 on October 26th.  She was extremely excited about her birthday this year.  We made pink cupcakes (strawberry) for her to take to her day school class and share with her friends.  Her class gave her a special hat, sang Happy Birthday to her, and gave her a birthday certificate.  When I picked her up, I brought her a small bunch of balloons.  After nap time, we celebrated with cupcakes and a few presents.  We also got to talk to Daddy on the computer (thanks to skype).  Throughout the rest of the day and afternoon, Audrey talked to her grandparents and almost all of her aunts and uncles.  She was so excited and loved, loved, loved the attention.  I only wish Matt would have been in town to celebrate with us.  Audrey actually got two birthdays, though, because we celebrated again when Matt returned at the end of the week.  Once Matt made it home, we all took Audrey to Chuck-E-Cheese to celebrate.  Our friends, the Davidsons, joined us in the celebration.  Audrey had pizza and more presents, played games, and danced with Chuck-E-Cheese himself.  What more could a 3 year old want?!
