That is the thought running through my head these days. Yes, just before Matt left for his TDY, I posted about how wonderfully my girls were sleeping. No sooner than I typed that post and Matt left, BOTH girls started waking up during the night! He has been gone now for three weeks, and I have gotten one night of sleep that was not interrupted by at least one girl. There have been a half dozen nights that I have been up many times with both girls (waking up separately). The good news is that things are getting better now. While I am up at least once most nights, I am getting much more sleep. I blame my exhaustion for the lack of posts. Thank goodness for strong coffee in the morning!
Claire is now four months old, too. Just in the past week, she has started reach for and grabbing her toys. She also rolled over earlier this week while playing on her play mat. She rolled from back to tummy, and then rolled over from her tummy to her back. She hasn't stopped rolling since! Audrey loves to hold Claire, and she tries to comfort her when Claire cries. They really are sweet together. We'll see if that lasts once Claire starts grabbing Audrey's toys!
